MUMBAI: Asin may not have any films on hand (though there are talks with a big producer), but the South sensation is not sitting idle. In the last one month, Asin has been keeping busy shooting for various brands. Asin recently shot for Big Bazaar and Tata Sky.
On Friday, Asin was shooting with photographer Jatin Kampani for the print campaign of Big Bazaar. A spokesperson of the brand disclosed, "We have already shot the television commercials for Big Bazaar last month when Mahendra Singh Dhoni, our brand ambassador, was in India. This is the second phase of our campaign, which is required to market the brand in small cities and towns."
Asin had several changes as she will be showcasing the entire festive season. The clothes included traditional wear for navratras and Diwali and casual western for winter wear.
Asin’s career has not yet taken wings as one would have expected as she was a huge star in the South and added to that a Bollywood launch with Aamir Khan, followed by a Vipul Shah film with Salman Khan and Ajay Devgan. London Dreams will be Asin’s next release, which can perhaps give the actress a new lease of life.
