MUMBAI: Philadelphia and Bangalore based Ashok Kheny has forayed into Hindi film production under his company AKK Entertainment.
According to an official press release, AKK Entertainment already has two Hindi films ready for release.
The first movie is titled Prem Ka Game, which stars Arbaaz Khan, Tara Sharma, Madhuri Bhattacharya and Johnny Lever amongst others. It also has an item song by Malaika Arora Khan. The story of the film is narrated by Salman Khan.
The second movie will be the dubbed Hindi version of the Kannada film called Aishwarya starring Deepika Padukone and Upendra. Padukone made her debut in this Kannada movie before she signed Om Shanti Om.
Kheny has also produced Sonu Nigam’s first Kannada music album. The album has music composed by Mano Murthy and lyrics penned by Jayant Kaikini and is titled Nee Ne Bar Ne.
Kheny said, "Be it building expressways or making movies, we are in the business of connecting people. Entertainment is a great platform to connect with the masses."
