MUMBAI: The DTH price war continues. BIG TV has now slashed its rates for three months subscription to Rs 700, through a special tie-up with LG Electronics.
Big TV’s offer with LG Electronics entitles all buyers of LG 29” television sets to a BIG TV connection and a three-month subscription to either the BIG TV Lite Pack (61 channels + 1 regional channel pack in non-south states) or the BIG TV South Delight Pack (99 channels + 1 regional channel pack in southern states) at Rs 700.
LG Electronics has 14 models for buyers to choose from under the terms of the offer.

BIG TV launched on 19 August and has clocked 500,000 subscribers in 50 days. BIG TV had also recently announced a three-month free subscription offer on its Rs 1490 entry price as part of a slew of innovative offers during the current festive season making BIG TV 33 per cent more affordable than any other comparative offer available in the market.
BIG TV has various regional packs at Rs 30 each and top-up packs like News Plus, English Movie Plus, Hindi Movie Plus, Kids Plus, Sports Plus and Elite Plus ranging between Rs 25 and Rs 40 per pack per month.
