MUMBAI: Vidhu Vinod Chopra has expressed his admiration for Amitabh Bachchan’s performance in Eklavya by presenting him with a silver Phantom Rolls Royce.
“Bachchan’s performance has been simply stunning in Eklavya and I felt such an accomplished performance deserves an extra special acknowledgement. What better than a Rolls Royce for a person who has a passion for cars?”, says Chopra of his symbolic gesture.
The car was presented to Bachchan at his office in Juhu in Mumbai on Wednesday after which Bachchan took Chopra and his mother for a short drive, it is learnt.
