MUMBAI: Producer – director Deepa Sahi is all set to direct Na Na Karte Pyaar under the Maya Movies banner, starring Nana Patekar and Hema Malini.
Speaking exclusively to Businessofcinema.com, an elated Sahi said, "We are planning to start shooting from 20 October in Shimla. Almost 95 per cent of the movie will be shot outdoors and the remaining part will be shot in Mumbai. I plan to complete the film in a total of 60 days over two schedules."
Na Na Karte Pyaar is a feel-good movie and will also launch a new face – Arjun Singh. Singh has previously done some ad films including one for Coca Cola. Fareena Wazir, who stars in Ketan Mehta’s upcoming film Rang Rasiya, has been cast opposite Singh. The movie also stars Johnny Lever.
Sahi added, "Some portions of my film requires it to be snowing and hence I will be shooting that portion of the film around late December in Shimla when there is likely to be snow."
The music of Na Na Karte Pyaar is by Sandesh Sandilya, cinematography is by Christo Bakalob whereas Prateek is the editor.
