F1 team Force India ties up with Fast & Furious 4

MUMBAI: Formula One team Force India has tied up with the upcoming Hollywood movie Fast & Furious 4 for an on-ground promotion.

Fame Big Cinemas will be displaying a Force India Formula One Speed Machine at its premises. The film released today (3 April) in all major metros.

The Force India car will be displayed at the Fame Big Cinemas, Andheri till 5 April 2009.

The movie stars Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Michelle Rodriguez and Jordana Brewster. It has been directed by Justin Lee.

Paramount Films of India marketing head Jacinto Fernandes says, “Fast & Furious 4 is all about racing, speed and fast cars. One will get to see the best cars in the movie. And Force India and F1 racing is too all about racing and fast cars. The similarities and passion shared by both made us come together to promote the film.”

Force India Formula One team vice president marketing Vikram Malhotra added, “The brand Force India is based on the core values of passion, speed and aspiration and we constantly strive to associate with like-minded properties to increase our connect with the Indian youth. The Fast and Furious series epitomizes passion for cars, speed and racing, we are delighted to partner the premier in India along with Fame Big Cinemas.”

Fast & Furious 4 will be released by Paramount Films of India in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telegu.
