As soon as the interview was publicized, John received millions of requests for his ‘celebrity gene’.
“The rate at which I was asked to donate sperms … I will be the father of the nation! I got a call from every corner of the country after I agreed to do so,” says the 39 year old actor.
Surprised, John who had promoted sperm donation only for philanthropic, and not commercial gain, added, "I feel very responsible when I talk about it as I am a role model. I can’t make a comment loosely. As much as it’s a sweet feeling, it’s a dangerous precedent, as the concept of designer babies have started happening. So now you can start tailor-making your children the way you want them to be. It is a very emotional decision, these decisions cannot be taken lightly!"
The actor is definitely not going to give in to these requests, “If I have to donate sperms then I would like to donate it to my future wife,” he stated.
