Mumbai: Producer Sajid Nadiadwala who has given consecutive hits with his lucky mascot Salman Khan in Jeet, Judwaa, Har Dil Jo Pyaar Karega, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi is gung ho about his forthcoming release Jaan-E-Mann.
Sajid Nadiadwala says that the release of his much awaited film which has been getting record breaking offers is set for a Diwali & Id release. The film directed by Shirish Kunder stars Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan and Preity Zinta. ‘I immediately took the decision of placing Jaan-E-Mann on October 20, after a meeting with my distributors. Jaan-E-Mann is now arriving in Diwali’ confirms Sajid Nadiadwala.
‘We’ve just confirmed the release date with the exhibitors too,” says Denis Selarka of Ashtavinayak the Mumbai distributor of Jaan-E-Mann who have bought the film for a whopping Rs 75 million.
Sajid Nadiadwala also confirms that Jaaneman is now spelt as Jaan-E-Mann. Says Nadiadwala, “I decided to add two hyphens after Jaan and E because it’s easy to pronounce the title. It has nothing to do with numerology.”
