INOX Leisure Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 22, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Profit & Loss Account of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006, the Balance Sheet as at that, the report of the Auditors thereon and the report of Board of Directors.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. V K Jain & Mr. Deepak Asher as Directors of the Company.
3. Appointment of M/s. Patankar & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company for the period from the conclusion of this Meeting until conclusion of next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
4. Appointment of Mr. Vimal Mittal as a Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
