After having taken appreciation and awards for Neerja, Sonam Kapoor is high on her success and love she is getting from the fraternity and fans. While having a conversation with the media, the actress was asked if she would ever sing in her films, this is what she had to say,
“What will Anushka do then? I cannot sing. I cannot sing at all and even if I try, then you’ll say that she didn’t know how to act and now she doesn’t know how to sing. After so much of struggle I’ve achieved an award for Neerja, I don’t want to lose my reputation after singing in films.
Sonam Kapoor very sportingly took a dig at the criticism she had earlier received.

Also adding to her statements, she humorously said,
“I sang in a film already, Delhi 6 and nobody remembers it. I tried to be an Indian Idol and then the show stopped airing.
