MUMBAI: Taking into account the success of their film ‘Housefull 2’ at the box office, John Abraham has gifted Akshay Kumar a Harley Davidson!
Seven years ago, the duo first worked together in comedy ‘Garam Masala’. During the shooting of their second film, ‘Desi Boyz’ in London, John discovered Akshay’s interests in bikes. It was then that John Abraham had promised Akshay Kumar that if their third film together works well, he would buy him an expensive superbike.
Confirmed John, "Since the first time we worked together, Akshay has always been a strong support. He loved the motorcycle, so it’s my way of showing my love and respect for him. I love motorcycles and so does Akshay. So I thought the best thing for me to gift him is something we both love. So I chose a Harley Davidson."
Describing the bike, John said, "Akshay likes black colour for motorcycles, and I also believe black is beautiful. So I’ve chosen this colour for his bike. Akshay wants a special registration number. Hopefully, the registration procedure will be completed soon, so the bike can be delivered to him."
