K C Bokadia to launch three films

MUMBAI: Filmmaker K C Bokadia, who recently received 148 votes at the recent Indian Motion Picture Producers’ Associations’ (IMPAA) elections, will soon be launching three films.

Bokadia says, “Soon after the release of Challenge starring Sunny Deol and Tabu in November, I will launch three films. One is a Bhojpuri venture, the other one is a Tamil film and the third will be a multi-starrer Hindi film. We are working on the budget and other pre-production factors of scripting. On the other hand, we are almost through with the release plans of Challenge too, which I will not be able to reveal right now.”

The maker has to his credit films like Aaj Ka Arjun starring Amitabh Bachchan (1990) and Phool Bane Angaarey starring Rekha (1991). In 2002, the much-delayed film Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam starring Madhuri Dixit, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan was released.

However, his recent releases Limit starring Neha Dhupia, Ek Haseena Ek Deewana starring Govinda, Priyanka Chopra and We R Friends starring Jackie Shroff didn’t do much business at the box-office.
