MUMBAI: K Sera Sera, which is planning to raise $ 50 million for expansion, is in talks with South based film production house GV Films for a co-production joint venture.
The company’s board will meet on 7 June to discuss the same.
As has already been reported by Businessofcinema.com, earlier this week, the board of K Sera Sera approved the company’s proposal for raising funds of $ 50 million for expansion. The fund will be directed towards film production for projects that will be lined up in the year 2008 and 2009.
GV Films, on the other hand, has films like Nayagan and Thalapathi amongst others to its credit.
