MUMBAI: Director Madhur Bhandarkar plans direct a bilingual film soon after his current venture Fashion, releases.
Says Bhandarkar, “This film will be made in Hindi and Marathi and will focus on and highlight the famous Marathi ‘lavani’ dance and its culture. The idea was mooted by chief minister Vilasrao Deshmukh at a recently concluded award function. And I am delighted to go ahead with this project.”
Meanwhile, Madhur Bhandarkar is gearing up to launch his film on the fashion industry, titled Fashion – The Ugly Business of Beautiful People.
