MUMBAI: Anuuj J Saxena’s Maverick Productions Private Limited launched its second independent production tentatively titled One & Only with a song recording on Saturday 3 April at Empire Studios, Andheri.
The song, a romantic ballad, has been penned by Javed Akhtar and sung by Shaan and Shreya.
The film One & Only stars debut actor Chirag Paswan who is also the son of former union minister Ram Vilas Paswan. Chirag will be paired opposite Kangana Ranaut. Two other leading ladies and other casts are also being finalised. The film is written and directed by Tanveer Khan.
The is slated to go on floors by May, after the release of Maverick’s first independent production Chase on 29 April,2010. Chase has been directed by Jagmohan Mundra and stars Anuuj and Udita Goswami.
