MUMBAI: Shammi Kapoor’s son Aditya Kapoor has titled his first Hindi film India Rocks.
Another scion of the Kapoor clan, Rajiv Kapoor, achknowledged that the film was being made but refused to comment more on the same.
Sources say the film is a musical drama, which will feature Mithun Chakraborty’s son, Mimoh Chakraborty in the lead. Bappa Lahiri, son of music maestro Bappi Lahiri, will provide the music for the film, it is learnt.
An excited Bappa says, “I am doing Aditya Kapoor’s film. I have already scored a song for Sanjay Gupta’s Alibaug and Dus Kahaniyaan. But it will be exciting to score for this musical extravaganza.”
If reports are to be believed, Miss England Elanor Glynn, will also star in this movie, to be launched shortly.
