Mukta Arts Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the members at the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held on 12 August, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
Appointment of Pradeep Gupta as director of the company.
Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at 31 March, 2006 and the profit and loss account and cash flow statement for the period ended on that date together with the auditors and directors report thereon.
Re-appointment of Anil Harish as director of the company, liable to retire by rotation.
Re-appointment of M/s Shamit Majmudar Associates, chartered accountants, as statutory auditors of the company to hold office from the conclusion of this annual general meeting until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the company, on remuneration, terms and conditions.
