MUMBAI: Percept Talent Management (PTM) has exclusively signed on Bollywood director Madhur Bhandarkar. The contract has been signed up for a period of two years.
PTM will handle Madhur’s entire gamut of professional portfolio including endorsements, PR, event appearances and showcasing, amongst the other services it provides.
Percept Holdings joint managing director Shailendra Singh said, “Our relationship with Madhur goes way back, even before the release of Page 3. We have teamed up successfully to provide some entertaining and meaningful cinema to the audiences in the past. We now move on to a different platform in our relationship as we have signed him on as our latest Talent. We look forward to working with him and welcome him back as a part of the Percept family.”
Bhandarkar added, “It’s always been a pleasure working with Percept. My last three films have been with them. The professionalism and business acumen is what has impressed me the most and I am delighted to be a part of Percept once again, albeit in a new role.”
The director rose to fame with the critically acclaimed, Chandni Bar and has thereafter delivered hit films like Page 3, Corporate and Traffic Signal.
Over the years, Percept has represented creative and technical talent in the fields of motion pictures, television, fashion, music, sports and entertainment. The company has worked with film personalities like Karan Johar, Priyanka Chopra, Randeep Hooda, Kunal Khemu, Shreyas Talpade, Sandhya Mridul, Anousha Dhandekar; sports talent like Michael Clarke, Kapil Dev, Saurav Ganguly, Yuvraj Singh, S Sree Santh; music talent – Zila Khan, Strings amongst others.
