Pix lines up romantic comedies for February

MUMBAI: With Valentines Day just around the corner, Pix has lined up a host of romantic and comedy movies in February.


 



The month begins with the intense love story End of the Affair, starring Julianne Moore and Ralph Fiennes on 1 February at 10 pm. Everytime You Say Goodbye will be aired on 3 February at 10 pm, where Tom Hanks plays an American Flyer who finds himself in Jerusalem, falling in love with a Jewish girl.


 


A collection of the best Peter Sellers movies will be aired every Monday night on Perfect 10. The Pink Panther and its sequel, A Shot in the Dark will be aired on 5 and 12 February respectively. The Party that has been an inspiration for many Bollywood films of the 60’s and 70’s, will be aired on 19 February. On 26 February What’s new Pussycat? will be aired.


 



The film adaptation of Much Ado about Nothing will be aired on 8 February on Perfect 10. Martin Scorsese’s The Age of Innocence starring Daniel day Lewis, Winona Ryder and Michelle Pfeiffer will be aired on 24 February at 10 pm.



On 14 February, Pix will air more youth oriented films in the Prime Time slots like The Class at 8 pm and Cruel Intentions at 10 pm, which deals with the love troubles of today’s younger generation.
