MUMBAI: Pritish Nandy Communications’ promoter group Artinvest India has increased its stake in the company from 33.15 per cent to 34.45 per cent.
Artinvest India has acquired 1,88,962 equity shares of the company by market purchase on various dates and its holding has increased from 2,00,562 (1.39 per cent) to 3,89,524 (2.69 per cent) equity shares.
The holding of promoters of the company has increased from 47,95,312 (33.15 per cent) equity shares to 49,84,274 (34.45 per cent) equity shares.
