MUMBAI: The first look of Golmaal Returns, which is the sequel to Golmaal, was unveiled on Saturday in the presence of the movie’s star cast, producer, director and distributor.
The movie is slated to release worldwide on 29 September.
Directed by Rohit Shetty, Golmaal Returns stars Ajay Devgan, Kareena Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Amrita Arora, Shreyas Talpade, Celina Jaitely, Tusshar Kapoor and Anjana Sukhani. Kareena and Amrita were unable to attend the event as they were busy with other film’s shootings.
At the event the posters, a promo and a song titled ‘Tha Karke’ were unveiled. Shetty said that the song is inspired from Rajnikanth’s film Sivaji and gave all credit for it to director Shankar. The song features all the actors from the film and is filled with action sequences in it a la Rajnikanth style. The promo and the song will be aired on television 14 September onwards.
Golmaal Returns is produced by Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision and distributed worldwide by The Indian Film Company. The music of the film is composed by Pritam and lyrics are penned by Sameer. The music is available on T-Series.
