MUMBAI: PVR Ltd director Amit Burman has resigned from his post in the company with effect from 24 January.
Burman brought into PVR over 15 years of experience. He was the CEO of Dabur Foods from 1999 to 2007 when the company was merged into Dabur India Ltd. Since then, he has been the vice chairman of Dabur India and was on the board of directors of PVR as an independent director.
He is also a director on the board of Excelcia Foods Pvt. Ltd.
