MUMBAI: Actor R Madhavan will host Imagine’s new reality show called Big Money – Chota Parda. Bada Game.
Big Money is a game show related to anything and everything as seen on television – soaps, advertisements, news, films etc, which gives viewers an opportunity to participate and win a cash prize of Rs 10 million (Rs 1 crore).
In just four days of the announcement of Big Money, Imagine has received over 18,063 calls and 8,384 online registrations from families across the globe to participate in the show.
Imagine head marketing and communications Nikhil Madhok said, “We are extremely pleased with the overwhelming response Big Money has received from the viewers across the globe. It’s a first of its kind reality show where even the kid in the family can contribute towards winning the prize money. We are confident that Big Money would create a buzz in the world of all television addicts.”
Produced in association with Big Synergy, the show will begin mid-July on Imagine.
Madhavan started his acting career with television in Banegi Apni Baat. He has also hosted a game show on Sony called Deal Or No Deal.
