Mumbai: After recently upping its stake in the multiplex chain Fame India to 15.34 per cent, Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group’s companies have further acquired 0.21 per cent stake in the company.
Reliance Media Works along with Reliance Capital and Reliance Capital Partners have acquired 72,627 shares, which comes to 0.21 per cent. ADAG firms now hold 15.55 per cent in Fame India.
The shares were acquired at an average price of Rs 83.29.
