Mumbai: Saibaba Telefilms, known for producing music reality shows, has ventured into movie production. The company aims to reach the regional audience with its expertise in music reality shows and fiction series for the masses. The company has also unveiled its new logo and website.

The first film is titled Yaari Motor Company (YMC) and it will be directed by Shivaji Satam’s son Abhijeet Satam. An ace music director duo is also being roped in for the score. YMC is a story about four final year students, their geniuses, friendship, aspirations and the motorcycle.

The second movie project Gulnar, to be directed by Gajendrra Siingh, talks about the Indo-Pak relationship and will take off by end of next year. Mr. Siingh said, "For many years I’ve wanted to make a romantic film on Indo- Pak ties. Our films have gone into Indo-Pak relations but none has taken a detached view of the matter. With Gulnar, I hope to change that. Movies are the big leap for us and we hope to reach audience’s expectations by creating remarkable cinema".

The company says that because of the emerging need of personalized programs, it plans to reach the regional audience with concepts like Gaurav Maharashtracha on ETV Marathi and Sur Sangram on Mahua.

Saibaba Telefilms head- marketing, business and strategy Dheeraj Raina said, "Saibaba Telefilms strives to provide life enhancing entertainment to the audience of India and thus it is repositioning itself as a Young and Vibrant brand. We have also revealed our new logo that denotes taking India’s talent to a global platform by providing road to infinity".

Siingh, the man behind the cameras, is all set to launch his own Blog on the new website of Saibaba Telefilms. He believes that his audience is the biggest contributor in his achievement today and this is the best way to connect to them.
