MUMBAI: After missing the festival of Eid and Ganesh Chathurti last year, on account of treatment for a nerve disorder that has been plaguing Salman Khan for the last seven years, he is still not free from pain.

The pain returned during the shooting of Director Kabir Khan’s Ek Tha Tiger in Cuba, albeit in a lower intensity. Sources from the film unit say that Salman is experiencing a ‘knot in his jaw’. In August 2011, Salman had flown to the United States of America to undergo treatment for Trigeminal Neuralgia, a facial nerve disorder. What was going to be a 30-minute surgery went on to become an 8-hour long ordeal for him.

Now, Salman is on medication to manage the condition, but he is determined to not let the condition deter him from living life to the fullest.
