Mumbai: Sanra Software has setup a new animation studio in Bangalore, which covers an area of 5000 Sq. Ft. with state of the art facilities. Additionally, the company is also planning to roll out two full length animation movies by 2009, one in 3D and 2D each.
The company is planning to scale up its work force to around 500. Sanra Software is planning to own companies with strong IP creation base and also companies abroad with good marketing tie-ups. Plans are also afoot to acquire some companies in the gaming field in the next six months.
Sanra Software hopes to expand the service business to around $ 8 – 10 million in the next year.
The company has recorded a turnover of around Rs 13.5 crores for the year ended March 2008. It expects a CAGR of around 40 per cent and looks at achieving a turnover of around Rs 100 crores in the next three – four years.
