MUMBAI: Actor Shah Rukh Khan will be inaugurating the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) 2007, which begins on 23 November in Goa.
The 10 day long festival will witness the best of cinema from India and abroad. IFFI 2007 will kick-start with Romanian film director Cristian Mungiu’s Four Months, Three Weeks and Two days. The film has won the Golden Palm award at Cannes early this year.
This year the festival will pay tribute to some legendary film personalities including Swedish master Ingmar Bergman, who made classics like Smiles of a Summer Night, The Seventh Seal, Wild Strawberries and The Magician.
