MUMBAI: Shemaroo Entertainment has inked a Rs 260 million deal with Zee TV for satellite broadcast rights of 10 Hindi films.
This agreement includes rights of movies namely Dhamaal, Dhol, Manorama Six Feet Under, Mera Pehla Pehla Pyaar, Raqeeb, Yatra and Anuranan (Hindi version) among others.
Shemaroo Entertainment vice president content syndication Vinod Karani said, “We are really glad to be associated with Zee, for the various satellite delivered rights of these popular movies. Content syndication involves a lot of thought and planning, keeping in mind the nature of content and the platform of syndication. We are certain that this satellite deal with Zee will prove beneficial to both.”
