Mumbai: Producer-director Subhash Ghai has marginally increased his stake in his company Mukta Arts.
Post this acquisition, his shareholding in the company has increased from 54.88 per cent to 54.92 per cent.
Ghai acquired 10,000 equity shares of Mukta Arts on 28 November.
The company’s scrip closed today on the Bombay Stock Exchange at Rs 47.50, up 4.28% from its previous close of Rs 45.55.
