MUMBAI: Sushma Singh has been appointed as Ministry of Information & Broadcasting secretary.
Singh, who replaces Asha Swarup, is 1972 batch IAS officer of the Jharkhand Cadre.
She has held the assignment as secretary, Ministry of Panchayati Raj and Secretary, Ministry of Development for North East Region.
