MUMBAI: UTV Action is looking at associating with almost all Hollywood action titles that release in India.
The channel has partnered action movies like The Karate Kid, A-Team and Knight & Day for promotions in India.
Along with the release of Karate Kid, UTV Action will run a contest on wherein the winner will be given a membership package by Gold’s Gym. For all the kids there will be exclusive co-branded labels and timetables at the cinemas across PVR Cinemas in India.
UTV Action channel head Sameer Ganapathy said,“This initiative is a part of UTV Action’s endeavor to take the best of Action movies releasing in India to its viewers. In the past, UTV Action has done similar tie-ups with Sony Pictures’ Legion and Warner Brothers’ Clash of the Titans.
