Mumbai: The broadcasting arm of UTV has associated with Warner Bros. International Television Distribution for the telecast rights of blockbusters for their primary action channels – UTV Action and UTV Action Telugu. Through this deal, UTV Action and UTV Action Telugu will have access to 60 titles and 50 titles a year respectively from the Warner Bros. library.

Through this alliance UTV Action and UTV Action Telugu will bring popular films dubbed into Hindi and Telugu on the small screen.                                                                                          

Through this deal with WB, the channels will enhance their movie banks with blockbusters like The Lord of the Rings, The Dark Knight, Shoot Them Up, Most Wanted, Cradle to The Grave, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Blue Sea, Golden Compass, Get Smart Jason X and  more.

UTV Action and UTV Action Telugu programming head Manasi Sapre said, "WB has some of the best action films in their library and this association will create fast access for Indian viewers to this content.”
