Mumbai: UTV Movies will be premiering Rajeev Khandelwal’s debut movie Aamir on 18 July at 8:30 pm.
The film was released on 6 June and is being aired on the channel within six weeks of its theatrical release.
Aamir is a fast paced thriller about a young doctor returning back home from London. Loved by audiences across the country, the movie has also received excellent reviews from critics. It showcases a commendable attempt by a first time director, a first time actor and a first time music director.
The story revolves around a London based NRI, Dr Aamir Ali (Rajeev Khandelwal) who is returning to India. On his arrival at Mumbai airport, he finds that there is trouble waiting for him and that too in the form of a mobile phone.
