MUMBAI: NewsX CEO Vir Sanghvi has put in his papers at the company.

As per an official release, the company and Sanghvi jointly announced their decision to terminate their professional working relationship with effect from 29 January, 2008.
 
INX News Pvt Ltd chairperson Indrani Mukerjea said, “I wish Vir well in his future endeavours. NewsX is on target for a speedy launch, and we will announce a new editorial head shortly.”
 
Sanghvi added, “I hope that we can now put the rumours, leaks and plants of the last fortnight behind us as we have separated in an atmosphere of goodwill and amicability.”
