MUMBAI: Bollywood actor John Abraham made a grand entry at the launch of the item song ‘Aala Re Aala’ from his latest film ‘Shootout at Wadala. The event was held on Tuesday at Chandan Cinema in Andheri, Mumbai.
John entered the grounds in an open truck sporting his Manya Surve look. He made his way to the stage and broke into the moves of the number.
Sophie Choudry, who is the item girl in this steamy number, was not present for the launch of her song. Sophie was looking forward to shake a leg on stage but the gorgeous model had a mix of dates, and was already booked for a high profile stage show in the south of France.
“I am very excited for this film because this is the first time I have left John Abraham behind and I am extremely confident people will remember only Manya Surve,” said John at the event. He spoke passionately of his role, giving an insight into the hard-work he has put into the making of Manya Surve (John’s character in the film).
He added, “We’ve made this film with a lot of hard work and hopefully you all will love watching it.”
John believes that this could be a turning point in his career and is hoping all his fans make it to the theaters on the release of ‘Shootout At Wadala’ on May 3, 2013.
