MUMBAI: Bollywood actor Kunal Khemu was spotted promoting India’s first Zombie comedy film ‘Go Goa Gone’ at the D.Y. Patil stadium in Mumbai. Surprisingly, Saif Ali Khan was missing from action.

The film is certainly on its way to make it large, with the upbeat tracks and good-looking cast. Director Raj Nidimoru, music director Sachin, and singer Priya Panchal were also present for the promotional event on Tuesday.

Kunal Khemu dressed in a white t-shirt and grey trousers spoke about the film and had a great time on stage interacting with the thrilled and ecstatic crowd of Mumbai.

‘Go Goa Gone’ is directed by the talented duo of Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K. and produced by Saif Ali Khan, Sunil Lulla and Dinesh Vijan. The film features Saif Ali Khan, Kunal Khemu, Vir Das, Puja Gupta and Anand Tiwari in lead roles.

The film is the story of a couple of youngsters who visit Goa, for an escape from the daily and find themselves trapped on a Zombie island. Saif Ali Khan plays the role of a desi Russian mafia who hunts zombies. And hence begins a comical adventure of survival.

The music by Sachin-Jigar is fun and catchy, so far both the songs launched ‘Slowly slowly’ and ‘Khoon choos le’ have received excellent feedback.

‘Go Goa Gone’ is set to release on May 10, 2013.
