Mumbai: While Tashan may be involved in a tug-of-war between the multiplexes and producers Yash Raj Films leading to a no Friday release; YRF is leaving no stones unturned to promote the film.
After taking its star cast Anil Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor to promote the Indian Premiere League’s Mumbai Indians team backed by industrialist Mukesh Ambani, YRF has now tied up with Mumbai’s quintessential dabbawalas to promote the film.
Mumbai’s office goers got a bite of Tashan in their dabbas (tiffins) as Tashan branded dabbas were delivered at various offices across the city by dapper looking dabbawalas.
The dabbawalas were sporting an eye catching Tashan shirt. What’s more, the dabbawalas also delivered food to none other than Anil Kapoor, who plays the character of Bhaiyyaji in the film.
The movie also stars Akshay Kumar and has been directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya.
