Mumbai: Zee Cinema is back with its Saturday night film property Shanivaar Ki Raat, this time with superstar releases. Launching with the forthcoming film Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, the show introduces its lead star Imran Khan in the legacy of superstars.
Zee Cinema has launched the Imran Khan Ko Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na Contest wherein viewers have to answer two simple questions with their own details through an SMS to 57575. The college that will top the participation in the contest would be visited by Khan himself. Titled Shanivaar Ki Raat Sitaroon Ke Saath this time, the show has a line up of movies including Vivah, Jab We Met, Hera Pheri and Fool N Final.
Zee Cinema deputy vice president Akash Chawla said, "This transition is undertaken with the intention of increasing the spectrum of Shanivaar Ki Raat by offering blockbusters to our audiences. Zee Cinema has also undertaken an aggressive 360 degree marketing campaign to promote the show. The campaign would include outdoor adverting, below-the-line activities, on-ground activities etc.
