MUMBAI: Zee Talkies’ Marathi movie Natarang will be screened at the 28th Munich International Film Festival.
It will be the opening film in the Indian section at the festival, which is to be held from 25 June – 3 July.
Munich International film festival has been celebrating the best in cinema from around the world. It will be presenting more than 200 German premieres – films from 48 countries on 18 screens. The Festival will include 17 Indian films under the Incredible India section this year.
Natarang has won the Best Film Award at the Pune International Film Festival.
Zee Entertainment Enterprises COO Nitin Vaidya said, "Natarang has done an awesome business and achieved great appreciation from nationwide critics. Now Zee Talkies is really proud for getting international recognition through this festival and assure well for us as our film will get a great applause from the worldwide audiences. We are happy that our faith in this project has been justified. It is a proud moment for Marathi cinema."
