Reportedly, it is also said that the actress took this step after her boyfriend had apparently ditched her with whom she had recently appeared on Power Couple show. Pratyusha Banerjee was dating producer Rahul Raj Singh and was apparently planning to marry him by the end of this year.
Pratyusha got immense fame with her role as ‘Anandi’ in Balika Vadhu and continued since then. The actress showed her happy and real side on Bigg Boss 7 show, but little did anyone know that the actress would take such drastic step in her life.

Soon after she found her daughter hanging from the ceiling fan, Pratyusha’s mother called up Dolly Bindra where she is heard crying badly and saying that her daughter had some fight with Rahul and that she doesn’t know what has gone wrong with her daughter.
