Reportedly, Salman Khan’s “Bajrangi Bhaijaan”, which is set to release on EID this year, has already offended Hindu fundamentalists.
Earlier, Aamir Khan was called as a ‘traiter’ for working in “PK”, an alleged anit-Hindu film, now these religious fundamentalists are aiming their trishuls on Salman Khan and Kabir Khan, actor and director of film “Bajrangi Bhaijaan”.
Reportedly, the director of the film, Kabir Khan has been receiving threat messages.
“I’ve been getting hate mail from a particular radical organization. They think the film promotes love jihad,” said Kabir Khan. Even after getting the threats, director of “Bajrangi Bhaijaan”, Kabir Khan is not paying any attention to these threats and will not change the title or replace the content of his film. “I will never surrender to such absurd demands,” he said.
Kabir Khan’s “Bajrangi Bhaijaan” is based on a contemporary political backdrop. Actor Salman Khan will be seen playing the lead role in the film and it also features Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The movie is set to release during Eid 2015.
