Salman and Sajid Nadiadwala have been friends for years and together have given quite a few hits. Jeet (1996), Judwaa (1997), Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega (2000), Mujhse Shaadi Karogi (2004) are few of the films that have been produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under his production company called Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.
Besides Kick, Sajid Nadiadwala is busy producing four films.

However, when Sajid Nadiadwala wanted to turn to be a director than be a good friend, it was Salman Khan who agreed to star in the film. Kick marks Sajid’s directorial debut and along with Salman stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Randeep Hooda, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Mithun Chakraborty and Archana Puran Singh.
Kick is being shot locally at ND studios, Karjat and both Salman Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala have shifted base to Salman’s Panvel farmhouse as its very close by to the location.
