[tps_footer]The team of Yash Raj Film’s Bank Chor have been shooting at the Mehboob Studios. The Riteish Deshmukh team has elevated a set, a carbon copy of a bank.
Actors Vivek Oberoi, Riteish Deshmukh and Rhea Chakhraborthy are a part of the scenes enacted.
Riteish Deshmukh plays the leader of the bank chors. The story is about a bank robbery which gets spoilt due to the entry of a CBI officer.
Riteish Deshmukh here is seen in a denim shirt and khaki pants, which makes one think of him as a fashionable police rather than a thief. The bank that the cute thief will rob is named The Bank Of Indians.
Vivek Oberoi plays the role of a CBI officer, that was supposed to be played by comedian Kapil Sharma earlier.
He was seen in a perfect avatar for a CBI cop. He wore a black tee, denims and leather jacket and paired it up with some strong sunglasses. The moustache only adds to his role.
Rhea Chakraborthy who made her debut with Mere Dad Ki Maruti had earlier mentioned, “Bank-Chor‘ is a rollercoaster ride and I’m delighted to be on it. I’ve had a blast with the team on ‘Mere Dad Ki Maruti‘ and I’m sure this is only going to be bigger and better.”
Rhea Chakbraborthy‘s movie Sonali Cable releases tomorrow. Her look for the movie is in an off-white crop top and long skirt, paired with slippers.
The shooting will continue in Mehboob Studios for another 21 days.
While the interiors of the bank are being shot inside the Mehboob Studio, the exteriors will be shot at Forbes building, near Sterling Cinema, South Mumbai.
Directed by Bumpy of Luv Ka The End, Bank Chor is the story of 3 morons who try to rob a bank picking the worst day possible when everything that can go wrong, goes wrong and how they’re inadvertently caught in the crossfire of cops, industrialists and corrupt netas.
Bank Chor is slated to release March 6, 2015.
