[tps_footer]Kangana Ranaut is emerging as of the most confident actor in Bollywood and she along with Vir Das made a lot of heads turn during the recent promotions of Revolver Rani.
Kangana Ranaut is eagerly waiting the release of her film Revolver Rani and was seen promoting the film in a sky blue DvF halter dress. Looking chic in a backless dress with side slits, Kangana Ranaut easily moved around in slippers in the loose dress during the film’s promotion.
Talking about the Revolver Rani, Kangana Ranaut said: “This is actually a character of a neurotic and the woman who we are going to see and the film that we are going to see is very exciting just like Ved Prakash Sharma’s novels that you find on railway stations. That’s the kind of treatment the film is carrying.”
“It’s very exciting. Revolver Rani is total pulp. The woman is negative, brutal and very exciting,” added the star whose career is on an upward swing post Queen.
The films promotions have just started considering that its going to release next week and Kangana stated that it was a conscious decision to go low on promotions.
“We have consciously decided that a film like Revolver Rani, which is being made on small scale doesn’t need a promotion of eight weeks. I think it’s been a conscious decision to promote the film in two to three weeks only,” said Kangana.

In the film Kangana Ranaut will be seen kissing her onscreen partner Vir Das. Kangana plays a very dominating lady who goes by the name Alka Singh. What’s interesting is that Vir Das will be seen playing Kangana’s Toy Boy, who does various things to woo the dominating beauty, for his ulterior motive.
After playing a pivotal role in Gangs of Wasseypur, Piyush Mishra will be seen essaying the role of Kangana’s uncle in the film.
“I am playing Kangana’s uncle Baldev Singh in the film and this uncle is like a kingmaker. Kangana has no one in this world except him,” stated Piyush Mishra.
Piyush, further added that the film is a film based on the uncle and niece relationship and it unfolds further when the new characters are introduced in the movie.
The comedy drama is directed and written by Sai Kabir also also stars Vir Das and Piyush Mishra.
Revolver Rani is all set for an April 25, 2014 release.
