[tps_footer]Entrepreneur, Social Worker, Interior Designer and Homemaker, Mana Shetty, wife of Suniel Shetty, hosted the Annual Fund Raiser Exhibition, Araaish, at the Blue Sea, Worli.
The proceeds from this Annual Fund Raiser Exhibition will go to the NGO Save The Children India, which works towards protecting children’s rights in the country.
Save The Children India is a twenty five year old non-profit organisation founded by Mana’s mother, Vipula Kadri. Mana not only takes care of all aspects in the premises of the school but is also trying to build on the legacy of blending philanthropy with glamour.
Araaish is a fundraising exhibition for Save The Children India. It has come a long way. What began in 2007 with its first show in Mumbai as a tribute to her mother, today it has become the epitome of excellence and attracts the country’s most coveted designers displaying their collections, something that Mana is really proud off.
Suniel Shetty, Sohail Khan, Madhoo Shah, Aarti Surendranath, Vikram Phadnis, Queenie Singh Dhody, Mandira Bedi, Seema Khan and others attended this fundraiser exhibition.
Mana Shetty was all smiles looking lovely in a snake printed kaftan and white pants. Her superstar husband was by her side in a navy blue tight-fit tee shirt and denims.
Mandira Bedi who was last seen in Anil Kapoor’s 24 on Colors, looked stunning in a gold glazed and neon green sari.
Madhoo also arrived for the store launch looking retro in a printed red top and blue denims with a tan belt, while Queenie Singh Dhody looked chic in a coral blouse with white skinny jeans and nude edges.
Salman Khan’s brother Sohail Khan too came in along with wife Seema and their sons Nirvaan and Aslam Khan. Sanjay Khan’s wife Zarine Khan posed for the shutterbugs along with daughter Simone Khan.
“Araaish has traveled to Delhi, Hyderabad and Dubai and is hosting its thirty second show. Whatever we make, goes straight to Save The Children India. For our first show we were praying that at least hundred people would show up when we had five thousand wonderful ladies come in. Today, we have a footfall of over seven thousand women for Araaish and it feels great.” informed a very proud and happy Mana Shetty.[/tps_footer]
