[tps_footer]Designer Neeta Lulla, who has been styling several Bollywood stars, celebrated her birthday in the company of her daughter Nishka Lulla and several of her friends from the Bollywood industry.
Neeta Lulla turned fifty in style. The bash saw celebrities such as Sonal Chauhan, Kalki Koechlin, Sameera Reddy, Hema Malini, Krishika Lulla, Nishka Lulla, Vrinda Rai among others.
The party was held at Arola at the JW Marriott Hotel and Neeta hand-picked the cocktail and food menu to make for an incredible gastronomic experience.
Sonal Chauhan looked gorgeous in a sheer black and gold Neeta Lulla outfit from her Blender’s Collection while Hema Malini, looked stunning in a black and blue sari, who came in to wish Neeta Lulla a very Happy Birthday.
Producer Krishika Lulla went pop in a bright yellow dress with a snazzy black belt at her waist. Kalki Koechlin too turned up to wish good friend Neeta Lulla on her birthday in a cute knee length brown dress with front pockets. A blue bag and blue footwear added a bright dash of colour to her ensemble.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s mother, Vrinda Rai, was also spotted at the bash. Needless to say, Vrinda Rai looked stunning in an orange and beige nine yard.
Newly married Sameera Reddy too came to cheer Neeta Lulla along with her sister Sushma Reddy at her birthday bash. Sameera Reddy had worn a Neeta Lulla ensemble on her wedding on January 21, 2014.
Neeta Lulla has films like Chandni, Lamhe, Khuda Gawah, Taal, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Devdas, Jodhaa Akbar and many more to her credit.
She’s the recipient of four National Awards and has been the lady behind some of the most elaborate costumes ever to be seen on the silver screen.
For Neeta Lulla her birthday was a usual working day. Currently she is busy working on a South film project with Rana Dagubatti.
“My staff gifted me Starbucks Coffee, which I absolutely love and a friend gave me a Richard Bach book with lots of quotations. I’ve also received many beautiful bouquets of flowers which have brightened up my home and work space.” Informed an ecstatic Neeta Lulla.
