[tps_footer]What we mean to say is that Kareena and Imran had a cook-off for a popular news channel’s new show. And it was clear that there was something brewing in the kitchen. Imran, surprise surprise, proved his culinary skills to the hilt, while Kareena gave him company from the sidelines.
Also spotted at the event was Gori Tere Pyaar Mein director Punit Malhotra.
Imran, in an olive green shirt, proved that he is a hands-on chef, as he stirred up a scrumptious spaghetti bolognese meal. Imran even took a dig at Kareena, by asking the anchor of the show if she had ever seen a Hindi film hero cook like this.
Thereafter, Kareena went on to whine about how the two boys had bullied her during the making of the film. Said a flustered Kareena: “They bullied me throughout the making of this movie. I’m so fried, I don’t know what to do!”
Whether or not Kareena is a maestro in the kitchen, serving up authentic delicacies, one thing is for certain: that the gorgeous Bollywood heroine at least makes an effort. Seen in a printed mustard yellow dress, Kareena tried her hand at cooking, by making Gujarati theplas, which Imran and Punit conceded were passable.
Kareena and Imran are naturally enjoying the success of their latest film, and are now doing post-release promotional activities. The film has managed to do fairly decently at the box office, and it is no surprise that Kareena and Imran’s real life camaraderie translates beautifully on screen.
One can only hope, that after Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu and Gori Tere Pyaar Mein a third film starring these two is in the offing. Producers and directors, are you listening?[/tps_footer]
