With the presence of Mahesh Bhatt, this event was even more special for Alia Bhatt as she launched her version of the song Samjhaavan from the film Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania. Alia Bhatt looked cut in a sheer paneled crop top and high waisted printed Zara shorts. She was seen wearing a hat that was similar to the one Aamir Khan wore in Dhoom 3.
Alia Bhatt, gave a special live performance in front of a select audience and media and dedicated Samjhawan Unplugged to Varun Dhawan.
Samjhawan Unplugged is a melodious rendition of Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal‘s Samjhawan from Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania.
Karan Johar, who has produced Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, pushed Alia to take her singing a step further with Samjhawan Unplugged. Her song was released yesterday (July 02, 2014) on selected online portals and the video will be released on Friday (July 04, 2014)
Humpty Sharma ki Dulhania, directed by Shashank Khaitan, starring Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan is slated to release on July 11, 2014.[/tps_footer]
