It was just a couple of days ago that Riteish Deshmukh confirmed the news of her pregnancy, and one saw, to be mommy Genelia D’Souza at the launch of upcoming Marathi film Lai Bhari. Lai Bhari marks Riteish Deshmukh‘s debut in Marathi cinema.

Genelia was seen wearing a pretty off-white full-length Anarkali suit at the event. She looked quite happy and excited with pregnancy glow clearly visible on her face. This was reportedly her first public appearance after confirmation of the news.

An excited Riteish Deshmukh stated, “Yes, my wife is pregnant. We are looking forward to the baby and are very excited about it.”

Speculations of the couple having their first child started when Genelia skipped several award shows and public events. The pregnancy news first surfaced during the screening of Riteish Deshmukh‘s Marathi film Yellow, where the actress was seen showing a tiny baby bump.
